Our approach emphasizes the Biblical renewing of the mind and spiritual growth, in addition to practical strategies to overcome life's challenges. We recognize that many issues have biological, psychological, and social factors, but all are spiritually implicated in some way. Our goal is to restore hope and walk with you on your journey, helping you develop positive solutions within a Biblical framework.

Our Therapist

Gretchen Stockman, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience in treating a range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, and spiritual development. She is trained in EMDR trauma therapy and has a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and relationships. Her Christ-centered approach emphasizes the importance of spiritual growth and Biblical principles in the healing process.
