TM Consulting & Counseling Services (TMCCS) is a professional organization dedicated to providing excellent consulting and counseling services to individuals, families, and organizations. Our mission is to promote personal and professional growth, while building better communities for a better tomorrow.

Professional Development Services

At TMCCS, we offer a variety of professional staff development workshops and conference presentation topics designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals in the helping professions. Our specialty is Motivational Interviewing, a training that focuses on empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives. We have worked with numerous organizations, including the Arkansas Department of Community Correction, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock/Mid South Addictions Training Network.

Counseling Services

Our counseling services are designed to provide individuals and families with the tools and support they need to overcome various challenges. Our experienced staff, led by Ms. Lowe, a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, offer individual and group sessions that focus on substance abuse counseling, working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, and marriage and family counseling. Our counseling services are backed by empirical research and evidence-based best practices.

Transparenting Registration

Transparenting is an educational program designed to help parents navigate the challenges of divorce and separation. This program emphasizes the critical role parents play in their child's ability to adjust to changes surrounding divorce. Our trained professionals have experience working with children and have received special training to teach this course. This is an educational program and not a counseling session.

Who Can Benefit from Transparenting

Parents, caregivers, and professionals who work with children can benefit from the Transparenting program. This include judges, attorneys, probation and parole officers, and caseworkers, as well as parents who are going through a divorce or separation.
