Our Services
Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple, or family. We offer a range of therapies, including individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as specialized services such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing us to tailor our approach to each client's specific needs.
Our Therapists
Our team of therapists is led by Bilal Kosovac, MS, LMHC, NCC, who has over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults. Bilal specializes in treating a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Isabel Hall, MS, is another member of our team, who provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families seeking greater contentment, authenticity, and connection in their daily lives.

Pricing and Services
We offer a range of services and pricing options to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our pricing includes:
- Individual Counseling (60 minutes): $120
- Couples Counseling (60 minutes): $140
- Family Counseling (60 minutes): $140
- EMDR (60 minutes): $120
Pricing and Policies
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes sessions need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply.
