Clinical Services
We offer clinical services primarily to adults within day appointment times. Our approach to therapy is primarily cognitive behavioral, with an emphasis on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). By changing the way we look at situations, even when we are unable to change problematic situations, we can alter the way we perceive and believe. This in turn can impact our well-being and mental health in positive ways by bringing about changes in mood, behavior, and strengthening our belief that we can weather changes and tough times. We also rely heavily on behavioral techniques, as "doing" and taking action can also lead to change. Areas of interest and expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues.
In summary, we are a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing high-quality psychological services delivered with competence, care, compassion, integrity, and professionalism. We look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you.
