Our Services

We offer a range of services, including individual, couples, and group therapy. Our approach is holistic, and we take into account the interplay between the mind, body, and spirit. We use innovative therapies, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic attachment therapy, and expressive arts therapy, to help our clients heal and grow.

About Our Therapist

Our therapist, Judy Noddin, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping people heal and grow. She has a background in architecture and a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature and the arts. Her extensive training in drama therapy, somatic attachment therapy, and expressive arts therapy has equipped her to work with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse backgrounds and with a range of challenges.
