As a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience, I, Jan Osborn, Ph. D., M.F.T., have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges. My approach is centered around relationships, focusing on the interconnectedness of individuals, their environments, and the relationships within them.

Therapeutic Philosophy

As a relationship-based therapist, I believe that understanding and honoring each individual's unique experiences and perspectives is crucial. My approach combines experiential and cognitive/narrative techniques to help clients process their emotions, manage their thoughts, and develop new coping strategies. I also incorporate mindfulness practice, which helps clients cultivate a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
