At Duvall Counseling Services, we believe that counseling is a gift to oneself. Our Services

We offer individual, couple, and group counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our therapists are trained and experienced in providing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy.

Individual Counseling

In our individual counseling sessions, you will have a safe and accepting space to explore what keeps you from stepping into the fullness of life that you were designed to experience. We will work together to identify the issues that are holding you back and develop strategies to overcome them, so you can move forward towards fulfillment.

Group Therapy

Our group therapy sessions offer an affordable and supportive environment where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Our groups are designed to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others who understand what you're going through.

Child Therapy

Our child therapy sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves and work through their emotions. We use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, to help children process and heal from traumatic experiences.

Fees and Insurance

We are an in-network provider for several insurance companies, including Premera, Life Wise, Regence, First Choice, and Bridge Span Health. Our fees vary depending on the type of session and the therapist providing the service. Please contact us for more information on our fees and insurance coverage.
