Therapist Reviews
Mixed Experiences with Therapists
Some reviewers had mixed experiences with their therapists. One reviewer's child saw Julie Robbins and felt comfortable with her, but the parent was not impressed with the therapist's communication style during a family session, feeling that she made assumptions without having all the facts. Another reviewer had a positive experience with their counselor, Claudia Taberner, but was initially unhappy with the office's poor communication regarding billing.
Positive Experiences with Therapists
Many reviewers had very positive experiences with their therapists. Leslie Clarke praised Lucy Newson's patience, kindness, and wisdom, saying she had been a wonderful emotional support. Staff and Office Issues
Several reviewers had issues with the front office staff, citing poor communication, rudeness, and a lack of kindness. One reviewer, Danielle Warren, was unhappy with the billing office's communication regarding insurance changes, but was pleased with her counselor. Another reviewer, Betty G., found the front office staff to be rude and unkind, despite having a good experience with their counselor.
