At C.O.P.E. Family Support Center, we believe every family deserves the support and resources necessary to thrive. Our mission is to strengthen family relationships through counseling options and parent education programs. We envision a future where families are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being.

Who We Are

C.O.P.E. Family Support Center is a trusted community-based organization serving Contra Costa County, California. Founded in 2011, we have empowered over 3,000 youth, parents, and families annually through:

  • Individual and family counseling: Addressing parenting challenges, trauma, mental health concerns, and other family issues.
  • Parent education programs: Equipping parents with effective parenting skills, conflict resolution strategies, and tools to support their children's development.
  • Youth services: Providing a safe and supportive space for young people to address academic, social and emotional challenges.
  • Anger management programs: Teaching individuals and families healthy coping mechanisms for anger and conflict resolution.
  • Supporting father involvement: Empowering fathers to actively engage in their children's lives.
