At Lamorinda Counseling, we believe that the key to unlocking personal growth and healing lies in the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Our practice is founded on the principles of integrative counseling, which combines the latest findings in psychology and neuroscience with ancient wisdom and evidence-based therapies. Our mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Our Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused therapies. I am also a certified yoga teacher, which allows me to incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices into our sessions. My approach is holistic and individualized, meaning that I work with each client to tailor a treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.
