Our Team

Our team is led by Joann Martillotti-Cartwright, LPC-S, a counselor, consultant, interventionist, and coach with many years of experience working with families, couples, and individuals. Joann brings a unique perspective to the intervention process, having experienced addiction in her own family. She is dedicated to helping families find healthier ways to relate to their loved ones, whether they embrace recovery or not.

Nathan Cartwright is an interventionist and coach who works closely with families, friends, and others affected by the disease of addiction. Nathan has experienced both the lows of addiction and the highs of recovery, and he is passionate about helping others find the same freedom and joy that he has found.
