Our counselor, Micah Jaksik, M.A., LPC, has been practicing therapy for over 8 years and has a deep understanding of the challenges that individuals face. With a passion for mindfulness-based counseling, Micah has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and has specialized expertise in addressing issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, and high stress. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Micah creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards achieving their goals.

Insurance and Payment
We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO plans and United/Optum insurance. We also offer private pay options. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit card, and debit card. We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid late cancellation fees.
