Kim specializes in Integrative Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents, Parent Consultations, and Women's Psychotherapy Group. Her areas of expertise include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, adolescent mental health, trauma, and adjustment to significant life changes.
Kim's approach is warm, compassionate, and thoughtful, focusing on developing curiosity about oneself and their struggles, leading to greater self-compassion. She believes that a safe and supportive environment is essential for healing and growth. Her extensive experience and certifications in Integrative Mental Health and group psychotherapy make her uniquely qualified to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

She also specializes in women's health, including fertility issues, perinatal mental health, and mind-body issues such as PANS/PANDAS and autoimmune disorders.
