Services
At Preston Hollow Counseling, we offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, and college students. Our services cover a wide range of topics, including:
Adolescence and Teenage Years: Navigating the challenges of adolescence and teenage years can be a stress-filled experience. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for teens to discuss their concerns and explore solutions to overcome their stressors.
Adult Life: Every stage of adulthood brings its own set of challenges. We support our adult clients in understanding their emotions, developing coping strategies, and achieving their personal growth goals.
College and Emerging Adulthood: We offer support to college students and emerging adults as they navigate the obstacles of independence, increased responsibility, and the journey towards self-discovery.
Parents and Caregivers: Raising children can be a daunting task. We offer education and guidance to support parents and caregivers in developing healthy relationships with their children and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
Perinatal and Postpartum Support: Pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenting can be life-altering. We provide therapeutic support to women at all stages of their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journeys.
Trauma and Abuse Recovery: We understand the complex and devastating effects of trauma and abuse on an individual's life. Our experienced therapists provide a safe space for survivors of trauma and abuse to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.
