As a licensed professional counselor, certified master addictions counselor, and nationally certified counselor, I, Mark Nichols, have dedicated my career to helping people overcome challenges and obstacles, such as addiction, trauma, and hurt.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of counseling, education, and clinical supervision, I have worked in various settings, including outpatient clinics, residential settings for adolescents, and higher educational institutions. My passion lies in developing programs, supervising clinical and monitoring staff, and coordinating with private companies, courts, and community programs.

I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My areas of specialty include but are not limited to abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, trauma, and PTSD. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including individual, family, and couple therapy, to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

At Mark Nichols Counseling, we understand that the cost of therapy can be a concern. That's why we offer competitive rates and flexible payment options. Our current rate is $125 per session, and we accept various insurance plans, including Aetna, United Health Care, BlueCross and BlueShield, and Employee Assistance Programs. We also accept cash, check, health savings account, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.
