With over 25 years of experience, our President and CEO, Dr. Ira L. Lake, has a unique ability to engage, interact, and teach while sharing life-changing messages and presentations with his audience. Our team of licensed therapists is experienced in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. We also specialize in treating specific issues such as grief and bereavement, stress and anxiety, and relationship and marriage concerns.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Ira L. Lake, President and CEO, holds a Ph. D. in Counseling Psychology, M.A. in Counseling, and a Master of Divinity degree. He has spoken to thousands of people worldwide and has a gift for engaging and teaching while sharing life-changing messages and presentations.
Tona Farlow, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has many years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and improve their mental health. She is EMDR certified and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
Michelle Buckman, Psychiatric Mental Health Clinician, brings 37 years of nursing experience and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and a Ph. D. in Nursing Science.
Gianna Bates, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has worked as a Clinical Therapist for over 7 years, specializing in work with children, families, and at-risk adolescents. She is certified in Functional Family Therapy.
