Helping You Heal, Gaining Hope, and Living Life to the Fullest

Who We Are

At Cycles of Life Family Counseling, we understand that the pursuit of success can sometimes lead to emotional exhaustion, feelings of burnout, and a sense of disconnection from oneself and others. As therapists, we strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can explore their deepest concerns and desires, and find solace in a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Our Approach

We take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various theoretical orientations and modalities to tailor our approach to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Our experienced therapists, Ryan Voth and Julianne Guinasso, LMFTs, are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate guidance, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Our Services

We offer a range of therapeutic services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our services include:

  • Individual therapy sessions: 50-minute sessions, $185 per session (with or without insurance)
  • Phone calls with general questions: 15 minutes or less, free
  • Initial assessment: 50 minutes, $190

Insurance and Payment

We accept all PPO and out-of-network insurance plans. For those with HMO plans, we do not participate in-network. However, clients can consider paying out-of-pocket in order to choose the provider that specializes in what they're looking to address. Additionally, clients can use funds in their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) to pay for services pre-tax, with no sales tax for counseling services.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of medical and mental health care. We are happy to provide this estimate to ensure transparency and clarity in our billing practices.

Blog

We believe in the power of education, self-care, and community building. Our blog features articles and articles written by our therapists and other experts in the field, exploring topics such as emotional well-being, mindfulness, and the intersection of cycling and mental health. From Tension to Attunement: A Cyclist's Guide to Race-Day Relaxation and The Road Less Spoken: A Cyclist's Guide to Emotional Recovery are just two examples of the insightful and engaging content you can find on our blog.

Privacy Policy

We take the privacy and security of our clients' personal information seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting client data and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all personal and confidential information.
