About Our Therapist

Emma Neumann, a licensed marriage and family therapist, has worked in the social services field for over 18 years, providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Holding a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute and a Bachelor's degree in English from Mills College, Emma has completed post-graduate training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley.

Emma's therapeutic approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative, with a focus on understanding and respecting each individual's unique experiences. She works closely with adults and adolescents to help them navigate life transitions and relationship challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.
