She specializes in trauma treatment using EMDR, helping individuals with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) using a mindfulness and CBT-based model, and supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to reduce daily overwhelm and thrive. Her approach is centered on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and work towards healing.
