As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 35 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and groups to help them navigate their personal and professional challenges. As a Jungian psychotherapist, I believe that our deep interior selves, the psyche, is the source of our individuality and uniqueness. Through therapy, I work with clients to help them uncover their own messages and desires, allowing them to make meaningful connections and choices in their lives.
My Practice
I strive to create a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is based on the principles of Carl Rogers' client-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. I draw from various theoretical frameworks, including Jungian analysis, to help clients understand their inner world and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

Whether you're seeking to overcome anxiety and stress, heal from trauma, or navigate the complexities of relationships, I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences. Some of the specific areas I specialize in include:
- Relationships and Couples Therapy
- Men's Groups and Mid-Life Transitions

My Background
With over three decades of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including private practice, hospitals, and non-profit organizations. As a licensed therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of concerns and challenges. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a crisis mental health and substance abuse counselor in Michigan, and later became a licensed marriage and family therapist in California.
