Our Services

We offer a range of services to address various mental health needs, including counseling and psychotherapy for anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, dual diagnosis (drug/alcohol with mental health diagnoses), child/adolescent disorders, family/couples therapy, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, addiction recovery, and more. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), grief/loss therapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and emotional freedom technique (EFT) to help our clients achieve their goals.

Meet Our Providers

Our team of experienced therapists includes Emily Heim, Ma, Msw, Lpc, Lcsw, who has over 30 years of experience and has worked with a variety of mental health issues, including eating disorders and child/adolescent disorders. Lianne Wassell, ma, LPC, has extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Devyn Nestor, MSW, LCSW, has developed a well-rounded background in the clinical social service field and specializes in treating co-occuring disorders. Jenn Kita, MS, LPC, has a broad experience, including working in child welfare, geriatric, and community mental health settings, and uses a client-centered approach to treatment.

Locations

We have two locations to serve our clients: Ashwood Drive, Suite 1201 in Canonsburg, PA 15317, and 1195 Washington Pike, Suite 101 in Bridgeville, PA 15017. Our offices are open 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, for your convenience.
