Cornerstone Counseling Group

At Cornerstone Counseling Group, LLC, we are a team of Christian-based licensed mental health counselors serving the Navarre, Florida and surrounding areas. Our group of professionals is dedicated to providing quality counseling services to individuals, children, teenagers, and couples. With extensive experience in working with military/first responder individuals and families, adolescent/teen issues, couples struggling with marital issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, life transition issues, and trauma processing, we are equipped to address a wide range of concerns.

Therapy Services

We provide a variety of therapy services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our therapists use a range of approaches, including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and person-centered, to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether you're seeking counseling for personal growth, relationship issues, or coping with a crisis, we're here to support you.

Adult Counseling

Life can be difficult, and sometimes you need a little help navigating the journey. With our adult counseling services, you'll have a supportive and empathetic partner to help you work through life transitions, anger struggles, post-traumatic stress, grief, sadness, and/or anxiousness. Our therapists will provide gentle guidance as you explore your path, offering compassion and empathy along the way.

Child Counseling

Children naturally love to play and create things; we utilize interventions that align with a child's natural playful and creative expression style. Children often cannot fully verbalize thoughts, experiences, or emotions; therefore, we use play and art as a way to express themselves. We work with children beginning at age 5 years old.

Teen Counseling

Teenagers are in a unique phase of life and have unique needs for counseling. Teenagers sometimes struggle with trusting adults with their feelings, and we provide patience and support in the trust-building process. We utilize fun interventions to gain awareness, as well as allow teens to have a sounding board for self-reflection. While we do collaborate with parents when working with teens, confidentiality is important to establish trust; therefore, disclosure is based on our judgment.

Couples Counseling

"Communication is key!" All married couples have heard this before, and it's the truth! We work with couples to explore healthy and unhealthy communication styles, role-play communication dialogue, explore past behaviors and patterns, areas of hurt, shame, and broken trust, and collaboratively view and explore common goals with the couple for reconnection.
