Consultation: A 30-minute session to discuss your concerns and explore potential methods to achieve your goals.
Initial Evaluation - Biopsychosocial: A 90-minute assessment to explore all areas of your life, past to present, creating a holistic approach to positive change.
Individual Therapy: 60-minute one-on-one sessions to work through your presenting concerns, improve behavior, and reframe your thinking to cope with life's obstacles.
Couples Therapy: 60-minute sessions to address familial and relational concerns in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Clinical Hypnotherapy: A 45-minute alternative treatment that taps into the subconscious mind to explore and manage thoughts, feelings, and memories hidden from conscious minds.

Our counseling center is located in the All In Credit Union Building on the 3rd Floor. Enter the building, take the elevator to the 3rd Floor, and ring the doorbell for entry. Please sign in at our kiosk and have a seat in our peaceful waiting room.
