Mixed Experiences with Therapists and Communication

Therapist Quality

Reviews suggest that the quality of therapists at Hope Counseling is inconsistent. One reviewer had a negative experience with Dori McDonnell, finding her to be forgetful, scattered, and not knowledgeable or helpful. On the other hand, Sylvain Chaussard had a positive experience with Catherine, praising her for her listening skills, great advice, and wisdom.

Communication Issues

A significant issue highlighted in the reviews is the poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the receptionist. Cindy V. shared her frustrating experience of not receiving a return phone call from the receptionist, despite leaving her number twice. This lack of communication led to disappointment and a sense of giving up.
