Our licensed therapists employ evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. Sessions focus on developing coping skills and fostering personal growth through confidential, client-centered care.
Family Therapy
Specialized interventions for family conflict, divorce adjustment, and parent-child relationships. We address behavioral issues and communication breakdowns through systemic approaches. Sessions integrate play therapy components for children while providing parents with practical tools to improve household dynamics and emotional connections.
Play Therapy
Developmentally appropriate treatment for children aged 4-10 using therapeutic play techniques. Our clinicians address trauma, social anxiety, and behavioral issues through sand tray therapy and creative expression. This approach helps young clients process emotions non-verbally while involving parents when appropriate for comprehensive care.

Telehealth appointments maintain confidentiality while offering flexibility for clients with scheduling or transportation challenges.
