Red Flags and Complaints
Several customers have raised red flags about certain therapists at Ascend. Rebecca Province, a 1-star reviewer, claims that Nick Stevens is a "complete con artist" who is only interested in making money off patients. She alleges that she only had two sessions with him, and he did no actual therapy, instead demanding payment through text messages. She warns others to beware of Nick Stevens and suggests that other therapists at Ascend may be more reputable.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Jordan Henkel and A. G. have had very positive experiences with Ascend therapists. Jordan gives a 5-star review, praising Dusty as a "phenomenal counselor" who has helped him through both big and small issues. He also mentions that Kyle is wonderful and that the environment at Ascend is welcoming and comforting.
