Appointment Issues and Customer Service
Several reviewers experienced issues with appointment scheduling and customer service. Lauren Burrell's appointment was not added to the system, and she was not empathetically treated by the front desk. Benn, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the service and employees. Daniel B.'s family was not seen due to a disagreement over credit card information, which they felt should have been disclosed prior to the appointment.
Therapist Quality and Effectiveness
Dr. Abbassi received high praise from several reviewers, with descriptions such as "wonderful therapist, " "down to earth, " and "genuinely a great person to go to." He was credited with helping couples resolve issues and even saving a marriage. Benn and Tamra Black felt comfortable with Dr. Abbassi and appreciated his expertise.
Billing and Insurance Issues
Nadia H. was shocked to be charged $350 for an appointment because the office did not accept her insurance, despite not being informed of this beforehand. Heather K. Youman was unhappy with the billing process and felt that the doctors did not care about prescription fillings or late fees. Erin Lorance, however, had a positive experience with the office staff and billing processes.
Negative Experiences
Benn and Tamra Black's positive experiences were contrasted by reviewers who had negative encounters with other therapists, such as Dr. Thein, who was described as uncaring and unengaged. Bearded Gamer and Heather K. Youman reported poor customer service and unnecessary charges.
