Unacceptable Customer Service and Professionalism
Many reviewers have shared their negative experiences with the center, citing poor customer service and professionalism. The receptionists were often described as unprofessional, rude, and even hostile. For instance, one reviewer's friend was treated poorly as a potential new client, and another reviewer was hung up on after asking about insurance acceptance. These experiences have led many to avoid recommending the center to others.
Lack of Professionalism in Mental Health Services
Several reviewers expressed concerns about the center's mental health services. Some reported difficulty in communicating with psychiatrists, as they only worked remotely and not in-person. Others experienced poor treatment from therapists, such as being told they were manipulating their children. The lack of in-person consultations and poor communication with doctors also caused frustration for some clients.
Racism and Discrimination
Two reviewers specifically alleged that the center catered only to Hispanic clients and showed unfavorable behavior towards non-Hispanic individuals. One reviewer reported being treated rudely when trying to get services for their child, with the receptionist citing the Social Security card as the only concern. This experience led to a strong sense of racism and discrimination.
Mixed Reviews
However, two reviewers shared positive experiences with the center. One praised the staff's welcoming nature and willingness to go the extra mile for clients. Another reviewed the center's walk-in hours for new patients.
