Disappointing Experience
Many customers have had issues with the company's communication and scheduling. Inconsistent Service is a common theme among reviewers, with some reporting delayed or cancelled appointments, and others claiming they were left in the dark about important information. It seems that some employees, such as Trish, may prioritize other customers over existing ones, leading to frustration and disappointment.
Lack of Accountability
One reviewer, Gregory Fetterg, had a particularly disturbing experience. He claims that Trish called him back on the last day before his scheduled appointment and told him that someone else would be taking his spot, without providing any explanation or apology. This lack of accountability and respect for customers' time is unacceptable.
Unprofessional Behavior
It's unsettling to read about unprofessional behavior, such as blaming customers for the company's mistakes. Gregory Fetterg mentions that Trish blamed his men's mental health for the scheduling issue, which is an unacceptable and offensive response. This suggests a lack of empathy and a culture that prioritizes shifting responsibility rather than taking ownership of mistakes.
