Mixed Experiences with Westmoreland Counseling Services
Unreliable Therapist and Manager
One reviewer, Destiny, had a negative experience with Westmoreland Counseling Services. Despite a promising start, the therapist dropped Destiny's child, who has borderline personality disorder, when the child stopped wanting to talk. The therapist had missed a call from the child due to leaving their phone at home, and instead of taking responsibility, blamed the child. The manager was also untruthful, making the situation worse.
Helpful Therapist for PTSD and Anger Management
On the other hand, Simon Rand had a positive experience with Westmoreland Counseling Services. Simon credits the service with helping them manage their PTSD and anger, particularly in crisis situations. Simon's therapist was always available and provided much-needed support.
