Reviews
Positive: Some reviewers have had positive experiences with the practice, citing friendly staff and effective therapy.
Negative: The majority of reviewers have had negative experiences with the practice, citing billing issues, lack of empathy, poor communication, and inefficient office management.

Billing Issues

Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the billing department, citing incorrect billing, failure to respond to emails, and difficulty in getting errors resolved. Toni Hale and Faith Gill both report multiple attempts to resolve billing issues, only to receive further errors or no response at all. The constant billing mishaps and lack of communication have led to a negative experience for these customers.

Lack of Empathy and Communication

Multiple reviewers have expressed disappointment with the care provided, citing a lack of empathy and poor communication. Cecilia Parra and Wrennie both describe the staff as rude and uncaring, with Wrennie specifically mentioning the negative impact on their mental health. Charlotte Fielder's experience with a cancelled appointment and subsequent poor communication only added to her frustration.

Quality of Care

While some reviewers have praised the quality of care provided, others have had negative experiences. Natalie Johnson reports that her therapist seemed to forget key details about their sessions, leading her to question the effectiveness of the therapy.

Office Management

Several reviewers have criticized the office management, citing poor communication, difficulty in getting appointments, and rudeness from staff. Glen Garvin's review is particularly scathing, with no return calls and extremely rude treatment. Kathy V. is also concerned about the lack of staff, leading to unanswered calls and difficulty in making appointments.

Positive Experiences

However, not all reviewers have had a negative experience. Kat Grollmus has worked with the practice for over a year without major issues, and Patti Conklin's daughter has found a helpful therapist. Laura Elsen praises the friendly staff and variety of therapists available.
