Unsatisfactory Experience
The reviewer, Victoria Lucero, had a disappointing experience with the office. She was not able to get an appointment for her teenage son because the office required her to provide a diagnosis before they would agree to see him. This demand was seen as unhelpful and unacceptable.
Lack of Cooperation
The office's unwillingness to make an appointment without a prior diagnosis was a major point of contention for Victoria. This lack of cooperation and flexibility led to her negative review and 1-star rating.
