We offer a wide range of evidence-based counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. Our mission is to help you build new coping skills and overcome the obstacles in your path in a highly supportive and judgment-free environment. With about 20 locations in North Carolina, our state-licensed therapists are here to guide you to a better understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you.

Our Services

We provide counseling services for adults, children, teens, families, seniors, couples, and groups. Our therapy settings include individual, family, couples, and group sessions, as well as early childhood sessions and online counseling services. Our goal is to help you be your very best and mentally healthy. We understand that life's transitions can be stressful for everyone, and we're here to help you through the process.

Who We Work With

We work with individuals from early childhood to young adults, including youth, teens, and young adults. Our services are designed to cater to diverse needs, from birth to 21 years old. Whether you're an individual, a family, or a group, we're here to help you navigate life's challenges.

Our History

CareNet Counseling has a rich history of trusted and effective care, dating back to 1972. Formerly called Pastoral Counseling, we grew out of the ministry of the Department of Pastoral Care of North Carolina Baptist Hospital, founded in 1947. Our commitment to providing compassionate and professional care has remained unwavering over the years.
