Our team of therapists is dedicated to providing personalized care and guidance to individuals, couples, and families facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges, and major life changes. We strive to develop skills that foster independence and allow our patients to become their own therapists. Our services include Individual Counseling, Couples and Family Counseling, and Assessments and Evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

Individual Counseling Services

We are committed to patient care through psychoeducation, treatment, and relapse prevention. Our individual therapy sessions help patients develop new coping skills and attitudes towards all of life's most complex matters. Our therapists guide patients every step of the way, implementing various methods to help them address issues such as anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bereavement, and COVID-19 healthcare worker support.

Couples and Family Counseling

Feeling disconnected or struggling with constant conflict? Our Couples and Family Therapy sessions help patients develop communication skills and positive attitudes towards life's most complex and challenging circumstances. We work to resolve conflicts and improve positive thinking and behavior, helping couples and families "re-frame" their reactions and develop valuable tools to cope with interpersonal obstacles.

Assessments and Evaluations

We offer a variety of psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including psychoeducational testing for specific learning disabilities, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and mood disturbance assessments, and more. Our assessments aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual's mental health and develop a personalized treatment plan.
