Since 2017, our team of dedicated professionals has been committed to providing quality mental health and counseling services to our community. Our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals, armed with the resources and support they need to thrive.

Our Story

Founded by Jimmy Snow, LPC-S, Sandra Allen, LPC-S, Ondie Chipmon, LPC, and Lori Allen, LPC-S, Strategic Counseling Solutions was born out of a desire to create a safe and welcoming space for people to find hope and healing. With combined 40+ years of mental health training and experience, our founders built a practice that honors God by serving others with the resources He has provided. Today, our team of professionals is dedicated to offering strategic interventions for the most common mental health issues in our community, with office locations in West Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana, serving much of Northeast Louisiana.

Our Services

At Strategic Counseling Solutions, we offer a wide range of counseling and therapeutic services to meet the unique needs of our clients. From individual therapy to couples counseling, family therapy, and Christian counseling, our team of licensed professionals is equipped to handle a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma/PTSD, and more. Our services also include EMDR therapy, play therapy, sandtray therapy, CBT and TF-CBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), neurofeedback therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy, nutrition assessments and counseling, telehealth online video sessions, LPC and RPT supervision, and professional and community trainings.
