Delta Counseling Associates, Inc., is a beacon of hope and healing in Southeast Arkansas. Established in the spring of 1970 by a dedicated group of community leaders, our mission has consistently revolved around providing comprehensive, high-quality behavioral healthcare services to the residents of Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Desha, and Drew counties. What began as a part-time clinic in Monticello, operating out of the Drew County Hospital, has blossomed into a multi-faceted organization serving over eight thousand residents in the region. Since our inception, we have expanded to offer outpatient clinics in key locations throughout the service area, solidifying our commitment to accessibility and community-based care.

• Consultation & Education: We believe in empowering individuals and communities with knowledge and understanding. Our consultation and education programs focus on addressing mental health concerns, promoting healthy coping mechanisms, and building resilience.

• Drug and Alcohol Safety Education Program (DASEP): Recognizing the devastating impact of substance abuse, we offer targeted education programs to raise awareness, mitigate risks, and promote informed decision-making.

• Emergency Mental Health Inpatient Referral: When immediate intervention is necessary, we provide seamless referrals to inpatient facilities, ensuring individuals receive the specialized care they require.

• Outpatient Mental Health: Our outpatient mental health services offer a supportive and confidential environment for individuals seeking assistance with a wide range of mental health concerns, from depression and anxiety to trauma and relationship issues.

• Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services: We are committed to providing evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), a safe and effective approach to managing opioid use disorder.

• Proactive Community Intervention: We believe in taking a proactive approach to community health by conducting outreach programs, advocating for policy changes, and collaborating with local organizations to break down stigma and foster a culture of support.

• Psychosocial Rehabilitation: This individualized and comprehensive program supports individuals in regaining independence, maximizing their potential, and integrating back into the community after experiencing a mental health crisis.
