Our licensed professional clinical counselor, Jessica Seitz LPCC-S, LICDC, has over nine years of experience in various areas of therapy and counseling. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health counseling, family and couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, anger management training, and assessments for individuals, couples, and families. We understand that every individual is unique, and we tailor our therapy services to meet the specific needs of each client.
Online Video Therapy
We also offer online video therapy to clients throughout Ohio who are unable to travel to our office. This service is designed to remove the stigma and social barriers surrounding mental health and substance abuse counseling, making it more accessible and convenient for our clients. Our online video therapy sessions are conducted in real-time, ensuring that our clients receive the same level of care and attention as they would in-person.

Accepting Insurance
We accept various forms of insurance, including Medical Mutual, SummaCare, Traditional Medicaid, Caresource, Molina, Optum/United Behavioral Health, and Paramount Advantage. Warning: Potential Scam and Unethical Behavior
Reviews from customers have raised concerns about the legitimacy and professionalism of Hope & Wellness, a counseling service. Two out of four reviews have given the service a 1-star rating, citing instances of misrepresentation, unearned money, and unethical behavior.
Misrepresentation and Billing Issues
Roy Smallwood, a reviewer, accused the service of being a scam. He claimed that the counselor, Jessica, misrepresented herself as a licensed Department of Transportation SAP (substance abuse professional) and took $950 of his money in cash. The service allegedly funneled him to a separate counselor who collected more money from Medicaid. Additionally, Dennita Kindall's daughter was talking to a different counselor than the one listed on the website, and the main office was unwilling to provide the correct counselor's name for billing purposes. These incidents raise concerns about the service's transparency and trustworthiness.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, three reviewers gave the service a 5-star rating. They praised the comfortable atmosphere and easy-to-talk-to counselors. Jeremiah Mauk, Lauren Dupont, and Tiff Steinke all had positive experiences with their counselors, citing a sense of understanding and companionship.
