Meet Our Therapist

Kim Benchsky, our licensed mental health counselor, has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorder, depression, grief, trauma, social skills, coping skills, sibling conflict, family interactions, and sensory difficulties. She is also experienced in working with clients with autism spectrum disorders.
