Meet Our Counselors
E3 Counseling Services was launched in 2018 by Tricia Pyatt, LPC, a Troy, Missouri native. After a couple of years, we decided to add another therapist to our team - Alex Hass, LPC. Alex is excited to also be in her hometown of Troy! We recently added Kali Moore to our staff. Kali is a "Family Life Specialist", and will be offering "Parent Labs" to help parents develop a parenting plan that gives their child the best chance at success, and allows the parent to feel more confident in their parenting approach. "Restorative Play" sessions are for children to explore their emotions and learn how to express them in a healthy manner. You can read more about our services here. Our practice sees a variety of clients with a wide spectrum of issues, and some of our providers accept many insurance plans. Give Katie, our virtual assistant, a call to find out which therapist is the best fit for you. Depending on your flexibility, we could potentially offer you a same week appointment!
Tricia Pyatt, LPC
Hi, my name is Tricia Pyatt, and I was born and raised in Troy, MO! I graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1998, and shortly after, I got married and we started a family. I have always known I wanted to help people in some way, but after experiencing infertility and several pregnancy losses, I recognized my calling to become a counselor. I worked diligently on obtaining my Masters degree in Counseling while working a full time job, and still being there for my husband and two young kids. In 2012, I founded a non-profit organization that provided support for parents grieving pregnancy or infant loss. That gave me a great start at my career in helping people, and I have grown both personally and professionally ever since. I did my internship at an agency where I really learned who I was as a counselor, and I remained there for three years working as a therapist, and working my way up to a supervisory position. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I opened up this practice in October of 2018, and I could not be more excited to be back in Troy, helping people in my hometown, doing what I am truly passionate about. I have a special interest in maternal mental health, including (but not limited to) infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, prenatal, and postpartum. I am also certified to work with people who are struggling with symptoms of OCD. Although I do have those special interests, I am happy to work with people with any other struggles as well.
