Our Therapies

At Obert Associates, our top priority is to bring happiness and well-being to our patients' lives by restoring their mental balance. We work with patients to break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills, and find new ways to respond to life's challenging situations. Our services include:

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Relationship counseling
  • Group therapy
  • Treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement, and mood disorders

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, patients meet with a trained therapist in a safe and open setting for one-on-one consultations. Weekly sessions typically last 50 minutes and the frequency of appointments will depend on your specific treatment plan. We encourage regular attendance for the fastest path to recovery. Our individual therapy services include treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, anger control, cognitive behavioral issues, and developmental disabilities.

Relationship Counseling

For couples who have run into emotional trouble or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable. In relationship counseling, we help couples identify and address communication issues, conflicts, and other challenges that may be hindering the growth and well-being of their relationship.

Group Therapy

Therapist-led group therapy is useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy. This setting provides real-life feedback and interaction among the patients, helping individuals to build a support system and learn from one another. Group therapy is offered for individuals dealing with similar challenges or mental health conditions.
