Our Services

We offer a range of services to help you achieve your goals and improve your mental health and wellbeing. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to help you overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, and mental health issues. We also offer Christian counseling for those struggling with their faith, and emotional makeovers to help you take control of your life and start living.

Therapy Sessions

We understand that every individual is unique, and so are our therapy sessions. Our experienced therapists will work with you to develop a personalized plan to address your specific needs and goals. Our therapy sessions are designed to be a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and work through your challenges.

Fees and Insurance

We accept various insurances, including United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, Magellan, Molina, and Superior. We also accept HSA cards and debit/credit cards as a form of payment. Please note that we incur a fee for debit/credit card transactions, and there may be a fee for returned checks.

Payment and Late Fees

We require payment at the time of service, and we accept debit/credit cards, checks, or HSA cards. If you have a remaining balance after insurance has been filed, you will be responsible for paying that balance in full. Late fees may apply for missed appointments, and we reserve the right to dismiss you from our practice after two missed appointments.
