IQ Testing
Comprehensive evaluation using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale to assess intellectual capabilities across various domains.
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions for individuals to share experiences, learn from others, and build support networks.
Couples Therapy
Professional guidance for couples to strengthen their relationship, address conflicts, and improve communication.
Play Therapy
Therapy sessions designed specifically for minors to address emotional and behavioral issues.
Telehealth Therapy
Convenient online therapy sessions for individuals who prefer the comfort of their own space.

Service Disappointments
The reviews highlight several instances of poor service and unprofessional behavior from the mental health office. Unreliable Scheduling is a common theme, with customers facing issues with canceling or rescheduling appointments, resulting in unnecessary fees. Lack of Empathy and Poor Communication are also major concerns, as staff members seem uninterested in customers' well-being or circumstances.
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviews describe instances of unprofessional behavior, including a counselor breaking confidentiality and a staff member telling a customer that there was nothing they could do to help. In another instance, a customer was terminated without being contacted first or being given the opportunity to discuss the issue.
Counselor Skills
