About Our Therapist

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have extensive training in a variety of therapies, including solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies. I am dedicated to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for all my clients.
