Lack of Compassion and Unprofessionalism
The majority of reviewers expressed disappointment and frustration with the counseling services, citing unprofessionalism, lack of compassion, and unhelpful therapists. Many reviewers felt that their therapists were uncaring, unresponsive, and more interested in billing than providing actual help.
Billing Issues and Lack of Transparency
Several reviewers mentioned billing issues, including being charged double for sessions that went over time and being required to keep a credit card on file for random billing. This lack of transparency and unfair billing practices added to the overall negative experience.
Unreliable Therapists and Poor Communication
Some reviewers experienced a revolving door of therapists, with their children having to start over with new therapists repeatedly. When they tried to schedule emergency appointments, they were met with unresponsiveness or refusal. This lack of reliability and poor communication made it difficult for clients to receive the help they needed.
Positive Experiences with Specific Therapists
A few reviewers had positive experiences with specific therapists, such as Dr. Keegan, Ashley Gallaway, and Jessie, who were described as understanding, informative, and caring.
