Meet Our Counselor

Founder and director, L. Reed Elam, MA, LPC-S, is a Christian counselor with a deep understanding of the human experience. With over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry and counseling, Reed has developed a unique approach to counseling that combines sound psychological principles with the wisdom of the Bible. Reed's passion is to serve the Christian community, providing guidance and support to individuals, couples, and families. With a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and over 22 years of professional counseling experience, Reed has the expertise and compassion to help individuals overcome life's challenges.

Couples Counseling: Guidance for couples to build strong, healthy relationships, addressing issues such as communication, conflict resolution, and more.

Family Counseling: Support for families to address issues such as parenting, co-parenting, and conflict resolution.

Christian Counseling: Biblical guidance for individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as faith, grief, and sin.

Our experienced and compassionate counselor, Reed Elam, is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and families to explore their challenges and work towards personal growth and healing.

Appointments and Insurance

We offer flexible appointment scheduling, including face-to-face, video chat, and telephone sessions. We accept most insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Anthem BCBS, Tri-Care, and more. We also participate in Employee Assistance Programs, such as Ceridian Lifeworks, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, and Interface EAP.
