Who We Are
Claire Dennis is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina and California. With over 15 years of experience, she utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches to support individuals and families in achieving lasting change.
Our Approach
We work collaboratively with clients to identify and address their specific needs and goals. We utilize Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) as our primary modality, alongside other evidence-based interventions such as:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

We provide therapy services for individuals 14 and older, addressing a wide range of concerns, such as:
