At TPC (Triangle Pastoral Counseling), we are dedicated to providing integrative psychotherapy and pastoral counseling from a strengths-based perspective. Founded in 1975, we have been serving the Triangle area for over 40 years, offering a range of services to individuals, couples, families, and minors.

Our Mission

Our mission is to be a professional extension of the counseling ministries of the spiritual and faith communities in the Triangle area. We believe that each person's emotional and spiritual journeys are closely intertwined, and as such, we provide counseling, psychotherapy, consultation, and education that integrate spiritual and psychological perspectives in our healing work. We strive to provide high-quality care to all who seek it, regardless of race, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious belief.

Our History

Our history spans over four decades, with a rich and diverse story that reflects our commitment to the values of inclusivity, compassion, and excellence. Our journey began in 1975, when the Life Enrichment Center was established as a nonprofit satellite of North Carolina Baptist Hospital's School of Pastoral Care. Over the years, we have evolved and grown, embracing new approaches and perspectives, while maintaining our core values and commitment to excellence.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy and counseling. Our trained and experienced therapists specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. We also provide psychotherapy, consultation, and education that integrate spiritual and psychological perspectives in our healing work.
