Become a Better Adult Version of Yourself
For over 20 years, my passion has been working with children, teens, and families in a variety of settings to help them handle difficult issues, develop more resilient relationships, and expand the possibilities of their lives. I truly enjoy helping people see and appreciate the inner strengths they already have, and harness those strengths in support of their own goals. My overall framework for therapy is a family systems approach. Using this approach, I help you to explore your interactions with the people in your life: your family, your school or work, and your community.
