Our Clinical Services

Our center offers a wide range of counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. These services include:

• Individual Therapy: Our therapists are trained to help you work through various personal issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, divorce recovery, overcoming fear, life transitions, compulsive eating, faith struggles, and self-esteem.

• Couples Counseling: We provide a safe and supportive environment for couples to work through their challenges. This includes conflict resolution, communication, boundaries, commitment issues, relational development, trust issues, and unresolved past.

• Marriage and Family: Our therapists help families navigate through communication skills, infidelity, resolving conflict, violence & anger, parenting challenges, sexuality, and intimacy needs.

• Addictions Counseling: We offer support for individuals struggling with addictive/compulsive behaviors, compulsive overeating, sexual addiction, substance abuse, and pornography abuse.

• Loss & Grief: Our therapists guide you through the grief process, helping you learn how to live on, and heal from past hurts and losses.

• Trauma Counseling: We provide a safe space for individuals to work through physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional/verbal abuse, disturbing thoughts or dreams, and painful memories.

About Our Counselor

Our lead counselor, Elton Hume, MA LMHC, has been a licensed counselor since 1994. With a heart's desire to help others become the best version of themselves, he has worked with thousands of individuals, helping them overcome their challenges and find healing. Prior to establishing Hope Counseling Center, Inc., Elton worked in residential treatment programs, psychiatric hospitals, and with families and children.
