Let's start where you are at.

At Aspire Counseling, we understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to express themselves and work through their challenges. Our team of experienced therapists has come together to provide individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We believe that every individual and family is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet the specific needs of each person or family.

Our Services

At Aspire Counseling, we offer a range of services designed to support the mental health and well-being of our clients. These services include:

Individual Therapy: Our therapists work one-on-one with clients to address their specific concerns, goals, and challenges. We use evidence-based practices to help individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

Family Therapy: We believe that family is a vital social support system, and we work with families to strengthen bonds, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Our therapists are experienced in working with families of all sizes and structures.

Play Therapy: For younger children, our play therapists use play as a tool to help children work through their emotions, develop social skills, and build resilience.

Early Childhood Assessments: We provide comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays, attention deficit disorders, and other challenges that children may face.

Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS): We offer a range of services designed to support the mental health and well-being of children, including individual and group therapy, skill-building groups, and parent support groups.

Supervision Services: We provide supervision for therapists, schools, and other organizations to ensure that mental health services are delivered with excellence and compassion.

Group Skills Training: Our group skills training programs are designed to help individuals develop essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

ARMHS: We offer Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services, also known as Assertive Community Treatment, Health Services (ARMHS), to support individuals with severe mental illness and other challenges.
